Marty has seen a big transition in her music since her very first 45 record release in 1987. She was right in the middle of the decline of 45 records, and the change over to cassette. In the photo above, Marty with husband James Banfield in 2009.
She then released her first full length album in 1988, on Cassette, called "Dark Side."
Marty did not release another album until 2001, a Christian/Gospel CD called "White Stone." This album was released on CD.
Marty is now releasing her second Christian/Gospel CD called "Banks of the Edisto" on CD as well as all of the new electronic media outlets, such as amazon.com, itunes, etc. Her music will be available in all media formats through the internet.
Banks Of The Edisto -Marty's NEW 2011 CD Release
What an amazing journey in music for Marty, to be at a point in time of having a vinyl recorded pressed of her first release, then to cassette, CD, and now electronic release of her music worldwide.
